Apply for Water Service

To start water service, please complete the Application for Water Service by following these steps:

1. Download the Application for Water Service form.
2. Complete all required sections of the form.
3. Sign the completed application.
4. Email the completed and signed form to the Town Office at waterapp@todb.ca.gov.
