The District accepts Public Records Act requests through the following methods:

Place your completed form in the secure drop box located outside the District Office fence at:

Call the District Office at (925) 634-1131 to submit a verbal Public Records Act request. If you prefer to submit your request electronically, District staff can provide an email address during your call.

Reasonable Accommodations:
